How is the pen packed?
Every order is packed by hand. The mechanism of each pen is checked before it is packed. The pen goes into protective bubble wrap and then into a padded jiffy bag, together with the guide, the packing slip, the V3 card and anything else you ordered.
The jiffy bag is then sealed inside a plastic mailing bag, which helps keep moisture out during transit. The shipping label goes on the front of the parcel and fragile tape goes on the back.

We use Evri. Orders go by Evri Tracked, and orders of £50 or more go Tracked and Signed For. The flat £5 delivery charge applies per order to mainland UK addresses. Orders are usually dispatched the same working day, and we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Parcels are taken to a local courier drop-off point on working days, Monday to Friday, within business hours. Once your parcel has been handed to Evri, collection and delivery times are outside our control. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 working days from dispatch and is not guaranteed.
