1. About Us

V3 Pens UK operates the website v3peptidepens.co.uk. We sell empty, reusable pen devices and compatible accessories only. All products are supplied with no contents, no needles, and no medication of any kind.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are located in the United Kingdom
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • You are not purchasing on behalf of any person under the age of 18

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met.

3. UK Only

We sell and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded in full. We do not accept international orders under any circumstances.

4. Product Description and Intended Use

All products sold by V3 Pens UK are:

  • Empty pen devices and hardware accessories only
  • Supplied with no contents, no needles, no medication, and no consumable substances of any kind
  • Compatible with standard 3mL refill cartridges (not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing)
  • Intended for lawful personal use only as general-purpose accessories

Product images and descriptions are provided for identification purposes. V3 Pens UK makes no representations regarding the suitability of any product for any specific purpose. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the lawful and appropriate use of any product purchased.

5. Prohibited Use

By purchasing from V3 Pens UK you agree that you will NOT use our products:

  • To administer any unlicensed, prescription, or controlled substance
  • In any manner that breaches UK law, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, or any other applicable legislation
  • To cause harm to yourself or any other person
  • For any purpose that is unlawful in the United Kingdom

V3 Pens UK accepts no liability whatsoever for any misuse of our products. Full legal and moral responsibility for the use of any product after purchase rests entirely with the buyer.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Payment cannot be verified or authorised
  • The order appears fraudulent or abusive
  • A product is listed in error (including pricing errors)
  • We cannot fulfil the order due to stock or logistics reasons

Where an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

  • Payment is required in full before dispatch
  • We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order

8. Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery is via Royal Mail 48 tracked service. Estimated delivery times are 2–3 business days from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V3 Pens UK shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products
  • Any physical injury, illness, or harm arising from any use of our products
  • Any loss arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws
  • Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity

Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
