Refund policy

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By ordering from V3 Pens UK you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally under any circumstances. Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
During periods of high demand dispatch may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay to your order.
3. Delivery Service
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. V3 Pens UK accepts no liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Tracking
A Royal Mail tracking reference will be sent to your registered email address upon dispatch. You can track your order at royalmail.com using this reference. Please allow a few hours after receiving your dispatch notification before tracking becomes active.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number. We will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Please note that Royal Mail does not classify a parcel as lost until 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. We are unable to dispatch replacements or issue refunds for non-delivery until this period has elapsed and a formal investigation has been completed.
6. Failed Delivery
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel it will typically be held at your local delivery office for collection or returned to us. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply to cover postage costs.
If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of a failed delivery return, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original outbound postage cost.
7. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. V3 Pens UK accepts no responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where transit damage is confirmed.
