Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days. We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they meet the conditions below.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In original packaging, undamaged and unaltered
- Free from any signs of use, tampering, or contamination
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We will NOT accept returns of:
- Products that have been used or show signs of use
- Products where original packaging has been damaged or destroyed
- Products that have been modified or disassembled
- Items returned without prior notification to us
4. Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if:
- The item has been used in any way
- The return window has expired
- The product has been deliberately damaged
- We reasonably suspect the return is fraudulent

To initiate a return, email us at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send goods back without prior authorisation.
