About Our Products
What is the V3 pen?
The V3 pen is the latest generation reusable pen device, built from premium anodised aluminium. It is sold as an empty pen body only, with no contents, no needles, and no medication included. The pen is compatible with standard 3mL refill cartridges and is supplied with a clip-on lid for easy storage.
Is the V3 pen pre-filled with anything?
No. The V3 pen is supplied completely empty. It contains no liquid, no compound, no medication, and no consumable substance of any kind. It is a hardware accessory only.
Does the pen come with a needle?
No. The V3 pen is sold without a needle. It is supplied as an empty pen body only.
What colours are available?
The V3 pen is available in four colours: Gold, Red, Black, and Purple. Each colour is a richly pigmented, scratch-resistant anodised finish.
What is the V3 pen compatible with?
The V3 pen body is compatible with standard 3mL refill cartridges. Cartridges are not included with the pen body unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
What is the V3 Deluxe Hard Case for?
The V3 Deluxe Hard Case is a protective storage case designed to hold your V3 pen body. It features a moulded foam insert and additional accessory storage slots. The pen device is not included with the case.
Legal and Safety
Is the V3 pen legal in the UK?
Yes. The V3 pen is sold as an empty hardware accessory only, with no medication, compounds, or controlled substances of any kind. It does not fall under medicines regulation as it is not a medicine, and is not sold or marketed as one.
Do you sell peptides or any medication?
No. V3 Pens UK does not sell, supply, recommend, or endorse any peptide, compound, medication, or substance of any kind. We sell empty hardware accessories only.
Can I use this product to inject myself with a substance?
V3 Pens UK does not condone, recommend, or provide guidance on using our products to administer any unlicensed, prescription, or controlled substance. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of any product complies with UK law, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland UK addresses only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or the Isles of Scilly.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of £5.00 per pen, charged at checkout. This covers packaging, courier collection, and tracked delivery via Evri.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days via Evri Tracked. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands or islands?
Yes, but a remote area surcharge applies to certain postcodes. We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm any additional cost before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
An Evri tracking reference is sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. As a UK consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details, including conditions for returns, are available in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return postage?
The cost of returning goods to us is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
