A V4 label has appeared on some eBay listings and supplier pages in 2026, but we have not been able to confirm it as an established design. V3 Pens UK does not stock a V4, and the V3 is the current model we sell.
What is the V3 Deluxe Hard Case?

Do you sell cartridges separately?
Yes. 3ml steam sterilised glass pen cartridges are available as a 10-pack for £12 from V3 Pens UK. Each cartridge is individually sealed in a self-sealing sterilisation pouch with a colour-change indicator confirming sterilisation by the manufacturer.

A reusable peptide pen like the V3 pen is sold as an empty hardware accessory with no medication, needles, or controlled substances included. No licence or prescription is required to buy one.
Is an empty peptide pen legal to buy separately from medication?
An empty reusable peptide pen can be bought on its own with nothing included. What is added to it afterwards is a separate matter and the buyer's own responsibility. V3 Pens UK sells hardware only, never medication.

Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland UK addresses only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or the Isles of Scilly.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of £5.00 per order, charged at checkout. This covers packaging, courier collection, and tracked delivery via Evri or Royal Mail.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders placed before 5pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Once handed to our courier, collection and delivery times are outside our control.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days via Evri Tracked. Some orders, including those to remote areas, may be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 instead, where delivery times vary by service and area. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands or islands?
Yes. We deliver across mainland UK for a flat £5.00 per order, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, with no remote area surcharge. Some remote postcodes may be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 instead of Evri. If you are unsure about your postcode, email sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk before ordering and we will confirm.
How do I track my order?
A tracking reference is sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched, from Evri or Royal Mail depending on how it is sent.
What payment methods do you accept?
V3 Pens UK accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details, including conditions for returns, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return postage?
The buyer is responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs, and we'll look into it for you.
