Shipping policy

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By ordering from V3 Pens UK you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to mainland UK addresses only. We do not ship to the following locations under any circumstances:

  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
  • Channel Islands (GY and JE postcodes)
  • Isle of Man (IM postcodes)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41 postcodes)
  • Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25 postcodes)

Orders placed with an excluded postcode will be cancelled and refunded in full.


2. Highland and Remote Area Surcharge

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and certain other remote UK postcodes incur an additional surcharge due to increased carrier costs. Affected postcodes include but are not limited to:

  • AB31–AB38, AB41–AB56
  • FK17–FK21
  • HS1–HS9 (Outer Hebrides)
  • IV1–IV63
  • KA27–KA28
  • KW1–KW17
  • PA20–PA80
  • PH15–PH50
  • ZE1–ZE3 (Shetland Islands)

If your delivery address falls within a surcharge postcode, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the additional cost before dispatch. You will have the option to accept the surcharge or cancel your order for a full refund.


3. Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £5.00 per pen ordered. This charge is applied at checkout and covers the full cost of getting your order to you, including:

  • Protective packaging and packaging materials
  • Courier collection from our premises
  • Tracked delivery via Evri to eligible mainland UK postcodes

We are a small independent business and orders are packed and dispatched by hand. The shipping charge reflects the true all-in cost of fulfilling and delivering your order safely.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order is cancelled by us or an item is confirmed as faulty or dispatched in error.


4. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We are a small independent operation and we appreciate your patience. If there is an unexpected delay beyond 5 business days we will contact you to let you know.


5. Delivery Service

All eligible orders are shipped via Evri Tracked. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. V3 Pens UK accepts no liability for delays caused by Evri or other circumstances outside our control.


6. Tracking

An Evri tracking reference will be sent to your registered email address upon dispatch. You can track your order at evri.com using this reference. Please allow a few hours after receiving your dispatch notification before tracking becomes active.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number. We will raise an enquiry with Evri on your behalf.

Please note that Evri does not classify a parcel as lost until 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. We are unable to dispatch replacements or issue refunds for non-delivery until this period has elapsed and a formal investigation has been completed.


8. Failed Delivery

If Evri is unable to deliver your parcel it will typically be held for redelivery or returned to us. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply to cover postage costs.

If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of a failed delivery return, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original outbound shipping cost.


9. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. V3 Pens UK accepts no responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.


10. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.


11. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@v3peptidepens.co.uk with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where transit damage is confirmed.
